The farm is Vascigliano Stroncone. The area of relevance is extended to a total of 90 ha of which 36 are vineyards (IGT). The vineyards cover 24 hectares in the municipality of Stroncone, and has another 12 in the town of Narni.

WINES AND GRAPES

Plants have long been made of Pinot Noir, Cabernet, Merlot, Riesling and Sauvignon grapes, which now provide extraordinary naturalized. The fragrant Riesling is used to a classic method sparkling wine, very aromatic, with hints of baked fruit and sensations. Sauvignon is obtained from the prized “late harvest” when the grapes are attacked by mildew, the harvest begins, to get the sweet wine of Umbria pride. Aged in steel, after two years is ready for use, with hints of pear and tropical fruits. In any case, are the red wines that are the pride and the name of the company. The “Ruby Palazzola of” red wine from Cabernet and Merlot, is a Bordeaux blend with aromas of violets and currants, tobacco and vanilla. It is aged for 12 months in barrels that give it smoothness. The winery also produces a nice Pinot Noir, very varietal, also aged in wood.
