Norcia pork products
The processing of pork meat in these places have ancient roots, derived from those great master butchers (one-time physicians surgeons) who were in Norcia their school and from there spread to the rest of Italy.
The sausages and hams have unique characters, unique aroma and flavor.
The privileged areas of production are Valnerina Terni and Orvieto.
Local products are also those obtained by treating the wild boar which abounds in the forests of the area.
