“Grape, Vine, Quality of Life”, this is the Ameliadoc Association’s manifesto which is about to open the doors of the sixth edition of the event.
15, 16, June 17, 2012. Three days of wine tastings, that intends to place the emphasis on everything helps to make the Amerino territory unique.
The event starts on 15 June at 19.00 with the Cooking Show “Emotions in and outside the dish”.
In the wonderful frame of Palazzo Farrattini gardens, chef Paolo Trippini will give life to a refined food and wine trail involving the public in the preparation of dishes that will compose the dinner menu.
Than continues on the 16th at the Pinacoteca of the archaeological museum where, at 17.00, with a tasting of Brunello di Montalcino DOCG “Poggio alle Mura” Castello Banfi Winery.
On the 17th, grand finale in the Cloister of San Francesco. From 10.30 till evening, in the shade of the porch will be possible to taste the wines of the 16 wineries of the Amerino and taste typical products of the territory.
Three days dedicated to sensory exploration and conviviality, during which it will be possible to insiders, experts or enthusiasts, deepen the knowledge of a territory rich and generous.
But not only. The 2012 Edition, reserve a space for solidarity with the devolving of the 10% of the proceeds of the event to the population affected by earthquake in Emilia Romagna.
